We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy and growing automotive workshop. If you have a strong customer service background, excellent organisational skills, and experience in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:
- Manage bookings, customer service, and job scheduling
- Oversee workshop workflow to optimise productivity
- Process payments and invoicing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and upsell services when required
- Encourage and manage customer reviews
- Create engaging posts for our social media platforms
What You Bring:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities
- Strong skills in managing bookings and optimising workshop operations
- Familiarity with automotive repairs and terminology
- Highly proficient in using workshop management software and invoicing systems
- Comfortable creating social media content (photos, posts, etc.) to showcase our work
